Parking?

Due to this being in a neighborhood, only free street parking is available. DO NOT BLOCK NEIGHBORING DRIVEWAYS. We always want to be good neighbors. It is important that you do not block any driveways, mailboxes, or fire hydrants.

Accessibility?

Unfortunately at this time, we are not an ADA compliant space. There is one small step + one small door lip into the space.

Restrooms?

There are 2 non gendered restrooms in the space. 1 will be used as the primary bathroom for guests.

Is this a BIPOC ONLY SPACE?

In this space we will always seek to prioritize BIPOC QUEER individuals. Events that are open to all or specific marginalized groups will be labeled as such in the event heading.

What if I can't afford to attend an event?

If you're a BIPOC individual needing financial assistance please feel free to reach out to us at support@thearkhaus.com. There may be sponsored tickets or volunteer opportunities available.

Do I have to fill out a vetting form to attend?

YES. All individuals are required to fill out vetting forms. If a vetting form or liability form are not completed, your ticket will be refunded. If for some reason your vetting form is not deemed sufficient at this time, your ticket will be refunded. If you are attending multiple events you only need to fill out the vetting form once. Still make sure to mark the check box stating that you have completed the vetting form.
